| List of Ingredients 1 cup Cereals, oats, regular & quick & instant, cooked with salt 1 cup Wheat flour, whole-grain 1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 1/2 cup Splenda 5 tsp Baking powder, low-sodium 2 tbs cinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground 1 cup Milk, nonfat, fluid, (fat free or skim) 8 oz Pure Protein 1/4 cup Egg, white, raw, fresh 1 tbs Flax seed oil 1 tbs Vanilla extract 3/4 cup Bananas, raw Instructions for Preparation Beat 4 egg whites with splenda and add liquid ingredients Sift and add dry ingredients after batter is made add diced banana and cooked oatmeal 1 serving is about 1 oz.--4"pancake substitute raisins or blueberries for banana serve with jam or pure maple syrup.. Yummy I used whole wheat pastry flour today 2/20/05 .. Made a difference |
